So Delicious: Cookie Avalanche - National Ice Cream Day!
Happy National Ice Cream Day!!! And in case you didn't know, all of July was National Ice Cream Month!! And trust me, I've been celebrating... hard.
This is some of the best ice cream I've EVER had. Forget the fact that it's dairy free, gluten free, and made with knock off oreos. It's completely amazing. Seriously, totally sit on the couch and eat the entire pint worthy. The pieces are perfectly sized and there is a nice proportion, so you don't feel like your constantly digging for pieces.
Seriously peeps, perfection in a pint.
