Smores Double Chocolate Shake from Cookie Time Queenstown. It is certainly an eye catching instagrammable shake (several people were staring at it as I walked down the street) but the taste of it is just soso. The shake itself tasted like a lightly flavoured chocolate milkshake. The cookie crumbs on top does make it taste better and adds some crunch to the drink. The dark chocolate ice cream in it had not much flavour, it just felt creamy. The best part of the shake was the mini cookie smores on top. The soft, chewy yet crunchy cookie eaten together with the melted milk chocolate and spongy, creamy marshmallow was a perfect match. Service was fast and friendly.
