The first time I drew Chef Bakugou, I was happy with how it had turned out as it involved Katsuki doing my favorite activity: baking. But as the weeks went by, I grew dissatisfied with it, because I had done it inspired in the fanfic "Sugar Scorched" by @arestorationofbalance , and I came to the conclusion he looked too "baby-faced" since he's an adult in the story.

So, wanting to make my own take of grown-up Chef Bakugou, I came up with this. I love to imagine Katsuki as having a low-cut as an adult, though it probably didn't turn out as good as I'd have liked to. Also THOSE BROAD SHOULDERS 😍

This fanart is also the first to include my signature, do forgive my childish handwriting! 😅

for the headcanon game, my AU is cooking show AU. (you can choose any cooking show you want)

I´m only really familiar with Masterchef so here you go

- Cas is a judge, the grumpy one, the hardest to please, that everyone is kinda afraid of

- Dean is the sunshine competitor that all the others love and everybody wants him on their team simply because he´s so nice

- Cas is always extra harsh when he judges Dean´s meal like “you have such a potential, Dean, but this is very disappointing”

-Dean doesn´t care and flirts with him mercilessly

-”You won't make it to the finale because you´re too proud and stubborn to actually learn and improve” 

“Let´s make a bet. If I don´t make it to the finale, I´ll wash the dishes and peel potatoes in your restaurant for free for one week. If I get to the finale, you´ll go on a date with me” 

“Fine.”

- One time during mystery box challenge Dean fucks up and starts to panic, like full on panic attack that surprises everyone because Dean´s always all smiles

- Cas jumps in, talks him through it, and when Dean calms down, Cas gives him advice on how to save his meal. He squeezes Dean´s hand, smiles at him and whispers too quiet for the mics to pick “come on, you want that date, don´t you?”

- from now on every time Dean feels lost he remembers Cas´ touch and it helps him focus

- he makes it to the finale :)

Aoyama: today we are going to make a classique French omelette! The ingredients are set out at your stations.

Midoriya: *has known how to cook for years because SINGLE PARENT LIFE*

Midoriya: this should be simple enough.... *cracks eggs into bowl and picks up whisk*

Aoyama: MIDORIYA! What on earth are you doing? What is that contraption?

Midoriya: wha.... the whisk??

Aoyama:the what? No, no, no! That odd thing in your hand!

Midoriya: the whisk. It’s a whisk.

Midoriya:.... Aoyama-San? Do you not know what a whisk is?

Aoyama:...

Midoriya:...how are you the child of professional chefs?

Aoyama:... I don’t need to answer that. *dramatic hair flip*

To commemorate the revamp of "Sugar Scorched" by @arestorationofbalance and indulge my own fantasies of Bakugo cooking, I thought of drawing this. We know canon Bakugo is really good with the knife and a decent cook, but I don't know if Chef Bakugo is good at making pastries. After all, baking is a more complex science than regular cooking. But he has strong arms and the endurance needed to whip cakes by hand so he should be fine!

Listening to Nobuhiko Okamoto in Shokugeki no Soma makes me think a lot of Katsuki cooking, with that gruff voice and confidence ruling the kitchen. Even Gordon Ramsay pales in comparison to him LoL
