This was a new dish concept that I came up with a couple of days ago. Honey-glazed halibut with cucumber slaw, over a wasabi-pea purée. I'll just say it: This dish needs a lot of tweaking. It wasn't bad, but the flavors didn't come together quite right... if this were a "Top Chef" dish, I'd have to pack my knives and go.
