Cap’s Birthday Cocktail

3 oz white rum

4 oz blue Curaçao

2 oz pineapple juice

6 oz frozen strawberries

4 oz coconut cream

Splash of Grenadine

Whipped Cream

Cherry

Add ice, frozen strawberries, 2 oz of white rum, and a splash of grenadine to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and set aside. Rinse blender and add ice, 1 oz of white rum, blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream and blend well.  Layer over top of the red layer Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Mister Fantastic’s Big Jaw Breaker

This sandwich is so similar to the triple-decker one from the same cookbook that I have already made. I guess it depends on whether you like bologna, olives, and ketchup more or ham, pickles, and mustard more. Once again, the third slice of bread is unnecessary but very of the era.
