Cap’s Birthday Cocktail
3 oz white rum
4 oz blue Curaçao
2 oz pineapple juice
6 oz frozen strawberries
4 oz coconut cream
Splash of Grenadine
Whipped Cream
Cherry
Add ice, frozen strawberries, 2 oz of white rum, and a splash of grenadine to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and set aside. Rinse blender and add ice, 1 oz of white rum, blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream and blend well. Layer over top of the red layer Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
