#cookinwithcodi - Coffee, But It's Good Black Too #brewinwithbae ♥️☕☕♥️ We has our first brew with our new basic #Chemex pour-over #coffee setup; the water never touches any plastic, only stainless steel and glass. We done have a proper grinder yet but have attempted to chop up the beans in a standard coffee grinder using pulses and shaking. The first pour was to let the coffee bloom, then just pouring and keeping up with the flow rate. This is pretty easy. This was delicious without any cream or sugar at all. That is a first for me. I usually use both. (And still did, but we still tried it before mixing) I can safely say I'll never be using a Mr. Coffee type device again.
