I was talking to a friend and coworker of mine. She's been feeling down due to the stress of work and I didn't really know what to say to her to help her, so I said the coolest thing I've ever said, "When I get frustrated, it's momentary. I let it roll off of me like water. Sure, you'll still be a little wet, but it'll dry soon enough."

Hate is among us all, its the weak who choose to use it.

i live by this quote. it ties into every culture and every religion. forgiveness is needed. hating doesn't get us anywhere. weak people prey on others. if you are hating on someone then obviously you are not busy enough...or you just don have a life lol.
