Fun Fact! Rikki + Fire
Ever since Rikki gained the ability to transform into a mermaid, she also gained a bunch of other powers. First, she gains the ability to boil water. And then she eventually develops the ability to manipulate fire and electricity. And she will likely be able to use telekinesis and invisibility.
Rikki gains pyrokinesis in the second season, but we hardly ever see her use these powers. Like. Ever. The only time she uses them is when she’s trying to control them.
That begs the question, why would she? There’s no need to set anything on fire.
But I think that Rikki doesn’t use her fire powers because she’s afraid to use them. Her powers are the most dangerous and she knows it, but she doesn’t like to admit it. In the past, she set an entire island on fire because she lost control on the night of a full moon. Summoning fire terrifies her, even if she won’t show it.
Unless it is absolutely necessary, Rikki will avoid using her fire powers. She has them under control in a sense where she can stop herself from starting fires, but she greatly fears that if she starts a fire, she won’t be able to stop it and somebody’s going to get hurt. She’ll just stick to boiling water.
As she ages, this may change for Rikki. Especially if she’s spent time with a mermaid pod who will teach her about all kinds of mermaid magic. But for the most part, you won’t be seeing much firepower from Rikki.

it’s meant to be a bunch of the girls in smash hogging up peach’s mirror. they’re probs all gonna be covered in scars and bruises from battle but idk yet? i’m not happy with the back row yet, i need to figure them out and decide if it’s better to take some out or add some in?? why am i still......so bad........at composition...,.,., lmao Anyway i like peach and zelda so far and. that’s it. Feeling Confident :’)
anyway i hope i get this and a lot of other shit done for dcc next month!! where i’ll have a table!!!!!!! it’s RLY EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
