This photo was taken on a cruise with my family 8 years ago. I had been out of hospital 3ish months and felt so tired but happy to be alive. This dress @monsoon reminded me of the French school uniform in Harry Potter and I always wanted to be that confident and cool. So I wore this dress again and again. I still have this dress and keep it with me as a reminder to be cool and confident and to be happy to be alive #sentimental #sepsis #happytobealive #coolandconfident
