I'm not sure how much I will actually be on here or Facebook tomorrow. 

I absolutely love Independence day. I love The United States of America. 

Yes, my nails are painted Red, White and Blue. Yes, I'm going to shoot off fireworks tomorrow. Yes, I'm going to a family barbecue tomorrow. 

It just really bothers me when people use it as an excuse to get drunk or get 75% off of something. I looked under a few tags related to Independence day, I mean come on. 

For me Independence day is a day to celebrate that we are free and to remember those who have, who are, and who will continue to make that freedom possible. 

You probably won't even see a lot of me on your dash tomorrow. 

I'm going to spend it with my family and remembering the real reason for the celebration. 

I didn't post this to offend anyone, it just been on my mind a lot today. I wish that I could word this better too..

Everyday I am so beyond thankful for our Military, for our Paramedics, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, and others who make this Nation great. 

I wear a bracelet on each arm that are constant reminders of their sacrifice. 

They sacrifice so much for us. I couldn't thank them or their families enough for everything. 

So to the families who are waiting for their loved ones to come home, to the families who have lost their loved ones and to the families who daily move forward supporting their loved one who is defending and protecting us- Thank you.

Thank you to all who gave the ultimate sacrifice for us including the nineteen Firefighters from Arizona- Thank you.

Another update oops

The stain on my pants is no longer visible. (Thanks, Mom <3) I'm pretty sure the sweater is washed. My clothes are all relatively clean and life is good again.

Also I think I'm just going to start tagging random posts as "maple syrup" to see if anyone gets pissed off that they aren't actually about maple syrup anymore.

Update:

My mom said she could get the maple syrup stain out of my pants. They are now in my dirty laundry bin, waiting to be washed.

The sweater is also in the bin, but nothing about the lemonade because it wasn't noticeable.
