Envision this. You are in front of the TV and you really want a cold beer, but you don't really feel like walking all the way to the fridge to get one. Or imagine purchasing groceries and not having any counter or storage space for them, because your fridge is so packed already. Now, let's take it a little further. Imagine having specific fridge that is disguised as furniture right in the location you'd need it the most like your bedroom, dining room, heck maybe out in the porch area! That is exactly what Shelves Fridge by Jonho Han does! It's purpose is to be multi-functional appearing like a shelf, but function like a cooling unit, the Shelves acts as a temporary shelf-fridge depending on your need at the moment, so you can either put your stuff inside of it or place it on top!
With the Shelves comes a resting base, a horizontal cooling duct, and a translucent box cover. How it operates is the cooling duct pushes air either up cooling the stuff kept on the shelf, or the duct can push the air down and that allows the user to put a grocery bag on it, which gives them temporary refrigeration while you're getting the rest of the ingredients ready to make dinner! And when you don't need Shelves, it easily collapses upwards into the wall making sure to be compact and staying out of the way. How awesome would it be if the "closed" Shelves worked as an AC of some sort... now we're getting some ideas!
