you KNOW Jayce did. Viktor doesn’t say that shit, and when Jayce first said it Viktor turned red to the tips of his ears and looked away, mumbling under his breath about how Jayce was being “ridiculous” and “not realizing what he was saying.”
Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background
Jayce absolutely has a picture of the two of them together as his phone background. he probably changed Viktor’s at some point to something similar and Viktor keeps pretending to forget to change it back
Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror
Jayce does, and Viktor complains that he leaves streaks on the mirror.
Who buys the other cheesy gifts
actually, probably VIktor. Jayce tries to get/make really exuberant thoughtful gifts, while Viktor is at a loss for what kind of “romantic” things he should get? so he just sort of buys generic stuff recommended to him by sales people like flowers and chocolates. Jayce loves all of it,,
Who initiated the first kiss
they both did, sorta. they had just powered through a tricky issue together, and as they were excitedly jabbering, they ended up nose to nose, and after a moment of realization and awkward pause, they both just. went in for the kiss.

Jayce plays with Viktor’s hair and lays gentle kisses on his face until he wakes up, and then Viktor beats him away with a pillow.

neither. Viktor doesn’t tickle people, and Jayce knows if he tried to tickle Viktor he’d absolutely get lasered in the face in an instant.

Jayce cheerfully asks and ignores Viktor when Viktor barks at him to get out of the bathroom. (sometimes, Viktor creeps into the shower when Jayce is distracted and pleasantly surprises him.)

Viktor absolutely forgets to eat all the goddamn time. Jayce is thoughtful enough to remind him, and also likes to use it as an excuse to force Viktor to sit down and eat with him.

Viktor! Jayce was his usual Arrogant and Suave self and Viktor has no idea how to romance. he was really quiet, which at first Jayce was afraid was because he wasn’t interested, but really Viktor just. had no idea what to say and was nervous
