Hate having to make this post, but I don't have any other way 😅
If you've ordered a copy of my comic and follow my ko-fi updates, you know I've been having some trouble with the printing process 🥲🥲 I ended up getting 200$ worth of unsaleable books, and the company hasn't been replying to my mails for one month now. I even asked them to reprint less books than what I've paid for, suggested to send all of these back, ect. but to no avail. I've called them as well, numerous times, and each time I was told to wait and that I should get a reply in a few days. Unsurprisingly, it never came 🫠
I'm gonna try to open disputes however I can, but I have little hope about seeing my money again lol. So if you can spare a minute to AT LEAST bother them a bit, it would mean a lot!
I've had to re-order the books with another company, please send thoughts and prayers that this one doesn't f*ck me over because I don't know what I will do if I get another 30 books for nothing lmao
UPDATE: Either the public callout or the PayPal intervention must have really scared them, because I received a refund almost immediately! Thank you to everyone who helped 🥹🥹🙏
