Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Take fresh strawberries and wash and hull them. Put the Greek yogurt, honey, strawberries, coconut milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. If you want a thicker smoothie or one that is colder, add ice cubes. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Try it out and add more honey if you think it needs it. Place the Strawberry Coconut Smoothie in glasses and serve right away.
