Beat the heat with these homemade popsicles made from fresh fruit juice. They're the perfect treat to cool down on a hot summer day!
Ingredients: 2 cups freshly squeezed fruit juice any flavor you like. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice. 1/2 cup diced fresh fruit optional, for added texture.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed fruit juice, honey or maple syrup, and fresh lemon or lime juice. Stir until well combined. If desired, add diced fresh fruit into the mixture for added texture and flavor. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen. Enjoy your refreshing homemade popsicles!
