Guys, I've been doing some thinking and I've got to be honest about my goals for publishing Trade Secrets.

Everyone loves making money and I'm no different. I have to pay my cover artist and my editor with every book I release. However, I’m setting savings aside for those things because they matter to me,  and I have a full-time job where I'm happy for now. I also have a 5-year plan that puts me in a writer's room and as well as a small publishing company.

These things don't depend on the financial success of this book.

They depend on the social impact I make here and now. They depend on my ability to build a loyal Fandom. I'm looking for readers who want more, who want it so badly they write it themselves. I'm looking for the people who are going to review, and tell their friends, and make Fandom merch. I'm looking for the ones who want to pull my world building apart and put it back together in a way that makes more sense and I'm looking for the ones who get mad when I've written something in a harmful way and aren't afraid to tell me I did something wrong so I can try to fix it.

In short, I'm looking for you.

Trade Secrets is on pre-sale right now and I've lowered the cost to $0.99. I want everyone to be able to afford it and the only reason I'm not handing it out free is because I think there's a value to be had in committing to pay for something.

If you can't afford that right now then don't fret, my dears.
