Saw this cute pup in a YouTube video while I was searching up Rowlf (I’m going to be making his puppet soon ^3^). I decided to draw him and thought his little sketches were very cute so I added some of those too. If I’m correct, Cooper belongs to @downydig here on Tumblr!
I hope I got his colors right, he was overall very fun to make art of!!1!
