Let me introduce you to Cooper Teague, a sim I made for @mellowdust‘s Survivor: Sulani, a sims reality tv series. He is a trans man and uses he/him pronouns.
Cooper is a proud trans guy from Brindleton Bay looking to go on a fun adventure and perhaps win a million dollars while he's at it. In the real world he's a kind, goofy, fun-loving veterinarian with a passion for music. On the island, his main priority is to make people laugh as the show's comic relief. He isn't opposed to getting involved in a showmance either! He gives off the impression that he’s a lovable goof, and it might seem like he doesn’t have a plan - but that’s the whole point. Don't underestimate his social game just because he's dorky and funny.
He has the soulmate aspiration. He is a goofball, a music lover and a (hopeless) romantic. Please be kind to his heart.

Top Surgery Scars. I’m using the back tattoo version I believe, but I may be wrong so you may want to download the upper arm tattoo version as well.
Body hair. I always give my male sims body hair, but if your other contestants don’t have any I don’t want Coop looking like the odd one out, so let’s say it’s optional.
His custom gender settings should be as follows. Gender set as male. Physical frame set to feminine. This is so that his appearance doesn’t vastly change from what he looked like pre-transition. Clothing preference is masculine. The sim cannot get pregnant or get anyone else pregnant. He can use the bathroom standing up.
I always play with tons of custom clothes but for simplicity’s sake I tried to limit myself as much as possible for this. I did pick out one top that you’ll have to download, but even that could be switched out if you’d like. Otherwise, I think he’ll be good.
LazyEyelids Open Shirt for everyday, hot weather & cold weather. I use a tank top for his athletic to make it seem like he just took the flannel button-up off. There are plenty of swatches to choose from for his team colors.
