We kick off tomorrow with the first every group of #committobefit participants. Myself and @paulkeely1 are very excited to be involved with @meath.daily on this project. Over the next 6 weeks we plan to help this group loose weight, get fit and build a foundation for their fitness lifestyle. We will focus on educating the participants on how to incorporate simple changes into their everyday life that will have a very positive affect on them.
