The game is quite literally about a company that is so steeped in shit that they make it as hard as POSSIBLE to put in any level of complaint about anything or anyone.

Pony Express is a manipulative, abusive work environment that promotes abuse of its employees because who's going to complain when you not only have to HAND WRITE IT, BUT GET IT SIGNED BY A HIGHER UP AND TURN IT IN ON VERY SPECIFIC DATES?!

Not to mention instantly promoting their company mascot plushie on the same poster.
