After traveling the world for 3 years Sunshine and Cole return to Chance Creek. Cole has surprise for Sunshine while she has one or two of her own for him. However a flight delay causes them to lose their motel reservation which means they have to go from house to house staying with Cole’s friends. Along the way each lady learns Sunshine’s secret.
The guys help Cole work on his present while the women help Sunshine work on hers. However neither is sure if they are making the right decision. Staying with different friends helps Cole and Sunshine brings to light various uncertainties and challenges. Both Sunshine and Cole question what they are doing. However they soon realize just how much they want to be together and raise a family.
As always I loved this book! Cora Seton has such a way with words and I honestly didn’t realize how much I have missed the Chance Creek gang. This is the perfect book for any fan because not only do you get a great story you also get to catch up with everyone.
