What do they like to ridicule? What do they find stupid?
Country Music (canon); though David doesn't really "ridicule" something or someone. The Duke finds it stupid when people don't get things the first or second time. Like say, when he clearly says "No" and he'd have to reiterate that consistently? That's stupid.
How is their sense of humor? Do they have one?
From corny jokes to laughing at pretty much everything; does he have one? He has it. A whole lot of it. Though as the Duke, he must keeps a more... colder facade. Also, dick signatures on everything.
Is your character aware of who they are? Strengths? Weaknesses? Idiosyncrasies? Capable of self-irony?
The Duke is very aware of himself; he knows when he’s angry, what he’s good at, what he lacks and would try to compensate for it. He knows he cannot fight and would not indulge in anything physical. He manages his anger and emotions well and is also very knowing that he doesn’t know how to love very well. He tries. He tries, yeah.
(Random question time) If a tree falls down in a forest and there's no one around to see it. Does it still make a sound?
“Yes it does, Cora. Clearly you have not watched the Two Towers. Tsk, tsk, tsk.” Knocks on his son’s closed bedroom door and a faint voice of a child yelling can be heard. “They’re called Ents and Treebeards, Ma’am.”

*Sends a bouquet of orchids with a burgundy ribbon in the middle and a small note* To David, thank you for the singing lessons. ~C.C.
Retrieves the bouquet from the courier and smiles reading the card. “How lovely.” Sniffing the bouquet affectionately before untangling the ribbon to better tuck the orchids into the vase.
What color is the Duke's toothbrush (What? you asked for random questions.)
//Yes, I like these things very much.
Electric blue. Points if you actually get why :p

// Six! Hahahah :) Thank you!
The Duke gets very ill - tempered when people tamper with his vices particularly with his drugs. He will physically inflict pain if he finds it necessary. His patience becomes very thin when people incessantly try to take his stash away in order to save his life. Point blank, he will either strangle you, slap, smack, kick or sock you right in the jaw.
The Duke is very much in control of his vices and would rarely slip out his hold. He knows when he’s about to fall flat from drinking and would either step away from it or totally get wasted; same goes for drug usage.
He sleeps with a lot of pillows.
Coffee is a daily must if one would want the Duke to function. No coffee would entail a very irritable David.
His loft does not have a dining set. Instead, he has a massive coffee table in the living room where he eats while watching the television.
He wouldn’t mind clutter but would be irritated and feel compelled to clean and or set things to proper.
