some art therapy i did! I came up with this one and i really encourage others to do the same because it felt so good to make!
what I did was I first drew the waterfall, making sure there was room on the top of the waterfall to put my words.
then I wrote out words or statements that I feel about myself, whether often or just sometimes. I made sure to choose at least 10 positive and 10 negative statements, but you can do more or less, as long as you have some of both.
lastly I pasted the statements that don’t benefit me in the waterfall, and the statements that do benefit me at the top of the waterfall, along the sides of it. the idea here is that i’m letting any statements that don’t benefit me flow away in the waterfall, setting them free. the rest of the statements stay with me at the top of the waterfall, because these are statements that benefit me and make me into a happier, better person.
