33: Which children’s cartoon would they get obsessed with?

(Assuming there are TWST equivalents of these, ofc!)

Copper- Avatar: the Last Airbender, apparently!

Wei Renqiao- He grew up obsessed with Digimon and Batman Beyond (which probably explains why he did eventually want to go into tech development, at least in part.)

Marshall- Sailor Moon. He will stand by the fact the writing is sincere, he adores the characters, but he especially loves that the girls constantly have fashion that changes per day and season, unlike most cartoon characters.

95: Would they eat a chocolate covered cricket?

Ren's had them before, they're okay. Copper would do it in a heartbeat, he can't afford to be picky. Marshall is AGHAST at the very thought (he's probably been tricked into eating one before by his older brothers and never forgiven them for it.)

100: How would they react to finding out they are a fictional character?

Copper would shrug it off, he's experienced weirder things, really. Marshall would probably have to sit with that for a long time, that one can really hurt a guy's brain. REN IS PULLING OUT HIS BOARD WITH RED STRING BECAUSE HE'S SUSPECTED THIS FOR A LONG TIME, LISTEN, HE'S GOT THE POSSIBILITIES ON LOCK FROM STUDYING QUANTUM THEORY—

Heya, Cyanide! How are you doing? :) So, I dunno if you remember me or not, I think I did ask you something in the past, but anyways, I just wanted to say that I still look over your blog frequently, love it, aaaaand just cuz I re-watched PotC AGAIN (I'm just obsessed with the series, nothing to see here, just another hyperfixation 😇) I was wondering how would Copper feel if he met another Twst oc based on Barbossa?😅 Just hypotetically, lol, you can ignore the question if you want to, but I was just thinking about it! :)

I do remember you, yes! 😊 Happy to hear from you again, and always delighted to hear a fellow PotC fan finished a rewatch!

As for Copper... I do think that would depend, because I can see it going several different ways? 🤔 I could see him becoming fast friends and possibly friendly rivals with another Barbossa twist, if they met under good circumstances and they vibed well (never doubt the power of this boy's Shonen Protagonist Energy to secure him more friends and allies lol!)

I could also see them just being rivals who respect one another without being necessarily close, though they're not against an alliance in a pinch?

There's also the possibility of just...they go to school together, are aware of each other, sense something familiar about each other, but might have circumstances where they don't interact? (Like if the other Barbossa expy was a junior in a different dorm while Copper is a freshman.) I'm very reluctant to say they'd be enemies. Sure, there could be possibilities for them to not get along at all, but it genuinely takes a lot for Copper to decide he hates someone enough to regard them as an enemy. (Vil does rub off on Copper in that he quickly picks up the habit of deciding there are countless people who aren't worth his time, but that's still not the same thing as an enemy.)

Regardless of possibilities, I AM excited to hear you're considering making TWST OCs based on any PotC characters, Barbossa included! Always happy to see more love for both things, and it made my day to open Tumblr and see this message from you and see you thought of me!
