1. Is there a particular type of character you are drawn to in books or movies? Most definitely. But the character in question depends entirely on my mood. For instance, if I were feeling a bit introspective, and wanted to question the foundation of my morals, I'm drawn to the all-knowing yet extremely controlled troublemaker; Hannibal Lecter, Mr. Darcy, Aragorn, Rumpelstiltskin, Irene Adler. They are all such complicated characters, made up of so many intricate layers. They all have such a good grasp on human nature and usually make me laugh more than I'm comfortable with. 2. What do you think of the statement that ‘humanity is innately good’? I think that's an optimists viewpoint on the matter. People need to realize that not everyone begins with a shiny empty slate that has all of the good necessary weaved into it; just waiting, guiding you to the "right" decisions. I think the very opposite exists as well; good does not always prevail and a lot of time good things happen to bad people. Take Stalin if you want to get political. But yeah, TANGENT. 3. Are there certain beliefs or thoughts you hold on to when you’re feeling bad? Yes. My mind can escalate to far off places quite quickly and certain thoughts do reign it back to a nice stabilized state. They're usually my basics; who I love, self-awareness as to my severe stubbornness, the fact that there is nothing more vile than mint chocolate chip ice cream. 4. What makes you feel vulnerable? To be honest, there really isn't a whole lot; I'm not sure if that's the severe stubbornness talking or I have it suppressed. But one thing definitely is feeling like an open book, an easy read. No girl likes losing the mystery appeal. 5. How do you feel about lies? Is an illusion preferable to the truth? In which cases and why? I would rather take the most horrible truth over the most glorious lie, any day. There are very few things I feel truly strongly about and defiling truth is one of them. You better have a master plan that is beautifully crafted or some other massively understandable reason because I can't see many belonging in that business. 6. What’s your sense of humour? Oh my I'm still trying to figure that out. Dry humor, blunt remarks, dark humor..."together, the Deathly Hallows". Also, inappropriate placement of famous movie lines in an unrelated sentence really brings out the maniacal laughter in me. 7. Who (if anyone) do you look up to? You know, I really can't think of anyone right now. But I respect anyone who follows through on their aspirations and reach their goals and are satisfied with what they have. That says a lot. 8. Are there people you’d want to know better or be friends with? If so, what is stopping you? Definitely. I'm a firm believer in letting things happen naturally. If an opportunity presents itself I feel fairly confident I would take it. So, until then, only time can tell. 9. What are you passionate about? I love reading, science, psychology, bio-archaeology, beauty and the whole span of human emotions. Haha I know it's vague but that covers the basics. 10. Have you ever truly hated someone? No. But I've seriously harmed plenty of people in my head. I mean. What? 11. How would you describe yourself in a minimum amount of words? "Sigh, Kelly you're a jerk."
