fran and corbin’s friendship is so fucking good and it sneaks up on you. in the first arc they probably get on long the worst out of all the main characters, but over time you realize that a lot of that conflict came from them being really similar people in how they deal with the world and other people (not that they’d ever admit it), they go through so much together and become so in sync, but it’s only when fran goes into the void and corbin properly freaks out and gets actually serious that you realize how important they are to each other and how devastating it is for them to be separated

I finally caught up on dames and dragons and HOLY SHIT that finale. the sheer poly fran/falen/corbin energy. maeri naming herself the survivor. corbin and slake actually being serious and not fucking around at all. the next season CANNOT come soon enough. (also im gonna miss fran/noelle and falen so much, I hope we get some dream nonsense so we can at least see them once)
