Death. No, but really, I gave this some thought while trying to sleep last night. Losing her clan would've, could've destroyed their relationship. Obviously if she'd asked him to go back on lyrium (which she never would but hypothetically) that would wreck their relationship. This is probably a cop out, but something would have to fundamentally change about Cordelia as a person. Losing her clan would do that, I think. Trespasser does, too, but they're married by then and there isn't the Inquisition looming over their heads afterwards. There's the Solas of it all, yeah, but it's... different. Can't put my finger on it. Idk man, they love each other so completely it's hard to imagine something destroying their relationship that isn't something that just... destroys and changes them completely. What would make Cordelia become cruel? Apathetic? I'm not sure.
