BONNIE Theory/Headcanons
I've been thinking a lot about the new Bunny Crew and specifically about Bonnie, since she's so different there.
And while thinking about WHY she would (lore-wise) change, I started to consider that maybe she didn't change, maybe this is who she was at the beginning.
I developed this headcanon that Bonnie starts out as a member of the bunny crew. White Rabbit is her friend, and so she goes along with her "Frank" obsession. After all, she also likes bunnies & likes to doodle them around town.
That is until they actually MEET Frank.
And you know, White Rabbit said she had seen Frank before, but none of them actually met him. They don't even know him as Frank, he's just like... "the bunny man".
And yk. Here they are, hiding near abandoned train tracks, with keep out signs everywhere, spying on this scary masked guy... And then maybe W.R. wants to meet him, so she gets too close.
And yk... I don't think Frank would be very happy to see someone has been following him.
Like this guy just LOOKS like he could kill. But White Rabbit doesn't get it, so she keeps getting close and Peter & Bonnie are FREAKING OUT cause this is scary AF....... And Bonnie starts to panic for their safety so she just makes like, a VERY LOUD noise (either on accident or purpose) and this makes Frank flee cause there's 3 whole people there... Too many witnesses yk.....
BUT!!!! Like, White Rabbit would be SO UPSET at BONNIE for it!!! Like she didn't help her, she ruined everything!!! She ruined her chance to meet their "idle"!!!! And they would argue reaaaally bad with Peter finding himself in the middle of it.
But idk I feel like Bonnie would feel kinda scarred... Like yeah, they got close... Too close, that was a close call!!!! She would genuinely live in fear of Frank after that. I think she would cut off W.R. and never associate with the bunny crew again. She would change her whole style so she can't be found.....
Maybe after a little while Jake n the crew would meet her again (Easter special lol) n realise she was one of the ppl vandalizing their graffiti... Maybe there could be a confrontation or something, like she could talk about her fear of Frank, the concern for W.R.'s safety, how she wished Peter stopped hanging out with her too.. idk.
Maybe her new thing could be that she goes around "fixing" the graffiti the bunny crew ruins.
BUT THE BUNNY CREW??? OOOOOOH I think they might replace her with Frankette lol...
Cause White Rabbit would be BITTER.........!!!!
okay lowkey,,,,,, i love them
also Frank but im sick of ppl exclusively focusing on him
from a bit ago when I played a bunch of Among Us and so had to draw the main cores as a space crew. They get into shenanigans but still get the job done.
No imposter here, or is there??
(repost as a stand alone thing cuz i wanna hear what yall think lololol)
I ALWAYS THINK ABOUT THE IMPLICATIONS OF SPIKE N CALLUM BEING SIBLINGS!!!
Is Spike scottish then?? I though he was from subway city (where the lace code makes him NOT A Z hopefully😭🙏 but Callum clearly follows a different code so um...)
Anyway why is the glass cracked!! Why is the frame crooked?? Are they distant? I hope not :(
from other SYBO artworks of them together i assume their relationship is good tho!! Also cuz the frame here was clearly decoraded by them :3
Still, HOW ARE THEY SIBLINGS??? Is one of their parents a monster? Is Spike also a monster? Or has only Callum inherited that side? Is it a half/step/extended sibling situation?
Are they found family?
I personally like both the step sibling scenario (w maybe Callum n their parent movin in from Edinburg to Subway City) n found family, potentially with them initially not getting along/Spike being suspicious of odd behaviors from Callum, but then getting close after the misuderstandings are explained/revealed n choosing to do band stuff together. <3
I also like to headcanon Callum (n family?) came to subway so that they could keep a low profile, since maybe the Secret Agency is looking for/has files on them due to their paranormal nature. It'd be fun if this was one reason why them n Spike came across the main crew? Like Spike is also trying to keep his new sib safe from "goverment people" (or potentially Frank?), like the crew is w the "anti-gravity device" they're putting of the surfs.
N maybe Tricky's hairloom plot could be of interest here as well. What if that thing is magical/could help with the wierd """portal""" stuff Frank has going on. Is it also a paranormal amulet? Could Callum know anything? Could this start some subplots w other monster surfers? LoL...... need to dive into the lore.......
Blu becomes a little goofster when he’s around people he trusts. featuring the crew at the beach.
Which Specific Character Archetype Are You?
Tagged by: @justashadetalkative thank you, this was a lot of fun! ^v^
Tagging: anyone who wants! I love to hear about peoples oc’s :’)
Doing this for my core crew to give some more insight on their inner workings, so here we go... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Red: Life/Death/Life.
‘A person who represents the mysteries and inner workings of the world's forces; a person who has destiny at their back, a person wielding their understanding like a weapon. A person who cycles through rebirths and deaths, growing ever more clever.’ yeah Red’s been through several traumas and had to rebuild a lot each time... and he does have some pretty direct ties to the mysteries of his world :3c
Blu: The Ancient Star.
‘A being from somewhere distant, far from here. Ethereal, enigmatic, mysterious, kind, and a catalyst for greatness in others.’ This one is spot on. Although not so much mysterious as shy and fearful.
Lux: The King.
‘Bold, majestic, burdened, responsible, an impassive and neutral face that discloses no pain, only regality.’ ok I love this gsdagsdga, Butch King. absolutely fits her.
Aurelia: The Prophet-Martyr.
‘Someone representing something divine. Eyes fixed above everyone else's, on something too great for words. A person with a heart aflame, and a distant sort of kindness to everyone, a person who'd trade everything simply to understand.’ Makes sense, she sets out with her ambitions already high while the others struggle with it and need a Big motivating event to meet her there.
Viti: The Web-Weaving Spider.
‘Canny, strange, mischievous, someone who looks villainous without meaning real malice, someone who understands more than everyone else, someone who builds things unseen.’ Viti is difficult to place into one category bcuz they change so drastically between their first appearance and ending, and go through a bunch of stages of unlearning their cult upbringing. But they are certainly the most calculating of the bunch regardless.
Cyanthe: The Beauty.
‘Beloved, beautiful, naive, innocent—or at least, perceived this way. The one representing goodness, in all its purity, to others. Smarter than they let on.’ haha, I wasn’t expecting this but yeah. They’re the only one that’s actually gone to therapy for his trauma before coming to Meta so he’s more stable compared to everyone else (other than Aurelia, she also had a good support system). And they’re also just a kind person in general.
