Hello again (I sent the last ask) so basically all non-human cores are all beings that are angelic in someway ? Well demons are fallen but dragons and elves are both angelic if I'm not mistaken. So basically the two big 'groups' of souls are humans and angelic beings/beings that used to be angelic? Or am I over-simplifying it?
No, this is actually a very simplified way of looking at this. There are thousands of different spirit species, but for those that become incarnated are around 20 different species. Angels are just one category among these. I'm not sure why dragons and elves would be angelic, as they are species of their own. However, these two species do have some members among them who become angels. This is because the term "angel" is moreso a title for the agents of the Source, rather than a race of beings. So in this case, some dragons and elves may become angels, especially as Watchers, but this does not mean that the whole race of these beings are angels.
As for other types of core selves, there are demons, fae, merfolk, shifters, and several others.
