Surprise, surprise. || Corey and Maryse
Maryse got a small grin on her face as she peeped around one of the corners backstage when she finally saw Corey. It felt like she'd been waiting for nine hours just for him to show up but there he finally was. She probably looked like some type of creepy stalker but she actually had a reason for hiding. She wasn't even supposed to be in Orlando until two days later, but her arriving early was all apart of her surprise for him. Plus, she still had her WWE connections so her getting backstage hadn't been a problem at all. It had actually been about a week or so since the two of them had seen one another, which was rare because ever since the two of them had gotten together, not more than maybe two to three days went by without seeing one another in person, even if they did live on opposites sides of the country. She'd gone home to Montreal to visit her family though so it had been longer than usual, and she was missing him like crazy. It was still crazy to Maryse that one random conversation between the two of them had turned into this amazing love story. It all happened so fast too, but she honestly never even had time to focus on how quickly everything had happened between the two of them because she was too busy falling more and more in love with him everyday. It looked like he was about to go out for his match and she wanted to make sure he knew she was there before he went out so she quickly but as quietly as she could walked up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder lightly. "Excuse me Mr. Graves? I'm like your number one fan and I traveled all the way from Canada just to see you. Can I um, have your autograph?" She had to hold her laughter in because it was all kind of cheesy in a way and she was trying to disguise her voice but her accent was so heavy that it probably didn't even work.
