A short summary of the plot of Corgi!Avengers

dytabytes: the Avenger!men turn into corgis one by one, starting with Hank and continuing

Zippy: I love this idea XD

dytabytes: the ladies go "um..." for a day or two, then realize that this is more than just a local thing when tony drags peter!corgi home

dytabytes: and then they start findng the other Avengers, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Danny Rand, more, and finally hit Dr. Strange

dytabytes: who is not a corgi, but is concentrating very hard on fending the spell off

dytabytes: which is why he didn't answer the phone a couple days ago

dytabytes: and then the ladies go off on an adventure... sort of

dytabytes: they have a bunch of corgis to take care of, so Jan stays behind to take care of the boys (because uwuwu Hank, her darling)

dytabytes: plus, she doesn't have powers because Hank can't help her maintain the Giant Girl suit

dytabytes: so off go Ororo, Natasha and Bobbi to save the daaaay

dytabytes: (Jan gets to defend the corgis from magical beasts later, though. Because there's always the ambush at home. Always XD)

Well apparently by 'corgis', she meant corgivengers

GOD, what a demanding person XD

Also, PS: corgivengers is an AU of MA:A involving bits and pieces of the 616 that weren't featured in the canon. Because all other canons are inferior.

After Tony carries Spider-Man into the mansion, the ladies of the Avengers realize that there's a high probability that other Avengers who don't reside at the mansion might also be affected. After several phone calls, they confirm that the spell is limited to the city. This means that Wakanda still has a functional king, but it also means that they have to go on a hunt through the various hide-outs of all active and reserve members of the team.

Jan hadn't ever really considered just how large their reserve pool was.

"Oh thank goodness. We were worried it might be a tertiary mutation of some sort." Ororo Munroe is never frazzled, but she does look somewhat relieved as she takes in the revelation that this is a temporary magic thing, rather than a permanent mutation one. A rumpled looking corgi with very distinctive looking facial hair is curled up on the couch beside her.

"A mutation? Really?" Jan blinks and very pointedly doesn't raise her eyebrow.

"Well, he was already short and hairy with a tendency to lick himself in inappropriate places in public." Ororo doesn't quite manage to hide her devious grin behind her teacup. "The addition of a tail and snout didn't really register as abnormal initially."

Jan clinks her teacup against Ororo's in congratulations, completely deadpan.

"Props, girl."

Props, indeed

Giggling, Jan calls that whenever she puts out the food for the corgi!Avengers.

Later, when they're all human again, they realize that an unintended side effect of Jan's joke is that whenever the team gathers to fight evil, they're also very, very hungry.

If I could draw a Corgi, I would. And please, Thor wouldn’t be a corgi. The god of thunder is a MANLY LARGE DOG like a German Shepherd or something. A blonde German Shepherd.

Kates, Thor would  be a magnificent corgi, but he would still be a corgi. He would be blond and fluffy and he'd have wildly flappily ears, reminiscent of his head wings, but he would still be a corgi.

All the Avengers are corgis.

And Loki is a daschund.
