He is called Rigby (as in Eleanor, tho tbf I know that’s also a raccoon from a thing and u know how I am about raccoons)

Japanese corgi people are the best. Seriously, they are nuts about their dogs and it’s amazing. Look up コーギー (the japanese word for corgi, lit. Kougii) on google or on here. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
