Bonney's a captain of her own crew with the devil fruit power to change the age of whoever she wants, including herself! And she eats as much as Luffy does. Killer is basically Eustass Kid's Zoro, and he's a super cool guy, but he doesn't usually look like that, he just about always wears a mask. He also got super swole after the time skip.

yeah, i am disappointed that they didn’t cast an asian american for those reasons. I’ll still watch it, at least a bit to see how the writing is, but still know that they could’ve done better. Also, since they did go white guy, why not a blonde one?
