ummmm 16, 22, 28 :3
16. if you were a swear word, which one would you be?
I mean, "fuck" is pretty solid. I also enjoy "goddammit" for the blasphemy and also it feels good to say.
22. already answered :)
28. have you ever had a paranormal experience?
Yes. It was kind of mundane, tbh. It happened when I was driving home one time after covering night shift. It was about 4am, maybe a little earlier, still dark, almost nobody on the roads. Pulled up to a red light about 4 miles from my house. This particular intersection is at a crossroads of an old part of town, one that Sherman didn't burn on his march to the sea. There are still buildings there from the antebellum period, and this "historic" area is reportedly haunted (a ghost tour runs in this area). I'd never given it much thought tbh, and never looked into any of the legends or hauntings. But as I was sitting at this light with my windows open, the temperature dropped significantly. (Important to note: this was mid-July in Georgia, so even in the middle of the night, it's still hot.) It got legitimately chilly and I even checked to see if I had accidentally bumped the AC knob and turned it on (I hadn't). I then saw a pale white... sphere? Orb? About five feet in diameter move up the sidewalk from behind my right shoulder all the way across the intersection and around the corner until I couldn't see it anymore. It was not touching the ground, there was nobody around (driving, walking, or otherwise) in any direction, and the weather was clear. As soon as it disappeared, the temperature warmed back up and the light turned green. I drove by where I saw it turn the corner and it was just an empty street. I fully acknowledge that it could have been something like an unusual weather phenomenon or a prank, but I've never experienced anything like that again, and I have worked nights since that time.
All in all, not a very thrilling ghost story, there were no flying objects or spooky whispers or blood on the walls, but I did experience something that I cannot explain. Or, unfortunately, prove.
