Wontons in Chicken Soup Uncle would like to call it a “swarm” of wontons, all 15 well-made and tasty dumplings in rich chicken stock enriched by preserved mustard greens and Sichuan pepper. All for $10, at Eden Noodles, 14 Corinthian Drive, Albany. Uncle was all set to walk out as the “welcome” was non existent, aggressive in fact. That’s the domain of Tina Xiao and we know she makes no compromises.
