Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast tenders. 1 cup cornflakes, crushed. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2 eggs, beaten. Slider buns. Lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise for serving.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Crush the cornflakes and mix them with the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Toss each chicken tender in beaten eggs, and then cover it with the cornflake mix. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the chicken tenders on it. The chicken should be cooked all the way through and the coating should be golden brown. Put chicken tenders, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on slider buns to make sliders. Serve and have fun!
