It’s been a stunning few days. We’ve chopped logs for the winter, harvested food from the garden, Steve made salsa whilst listening to salsa, visited a car boot sale and finished the weekend with an amazing BBQ. We ordered some Fal Pacific Oysters from Cornwall to give us that holiday fix at home and they tasted fantastic poached in butter on a charcoal BBQ. We also stuffed some padron peppers with mozzarella and sun dried tomato which were yummy.
