Quarantine day 27
I actually have started working out again. I went for several bike rides over the weekend since it's about the only activity other than walking I can do outside. Tennis courts are (justifiably) closed and I've given up on the idea of ever being a runner. My knees just can't take it. So cycling it is.
And in-home dumbbell workouts.
That was this morning's routine. And damn, I can feel how much I've let myself slip.
The Coronabeard is coming along nicely and I'm loving the grey.
I've got an oddly light day at work today, so I may do some YouTube work if it stays slow.
