Implied opinion for Corporate Head
Corporate Head of a Company belong to the top management position and are responsible to every department assigned to them. They are the ones every employee’s inspiration, aspirations, motivations and even a goal-to-be. They play a vital role in a company because they are the ones who have the final say in every decision and actions to make.
Corporate heads are certain to their behavior toward their department employees. How they must act in front of the individuals who look up to them and show their proper gesture in dealing each circumstances happening in the company.
But it seems that my view in a corporate head varies and complicates?
How must a corporate head act to the employees?
Is he must show confection towards his group?
How he must be properly behaved either in his personal matter or related to work matters?
I have seen one or two corporate head that isn’t act as one of those highly respected personnel of a company. I have seen corporate heads that don’t pass to my set standards and expectations. In short, they are a lot to improve for them.
A corporate head must not interfere and act strictly if they were already crossing the line of perceptions. She must not be as boastful as she may be towards her persons. She must at least try to be calm and treat them with a good aura and intonation that they deserve. If a corporate head done against humane towards her employees, she must left her work ethics elsewhere not to be found.
A good corporate head has the goal, projection, professionalism and respect to her employees. A good corporate head must acknowledge their fault and mistake. And a good corporate head must help employees suffer from a light default in work related, at least try to help her initiatively and in harmonious way. Don’t shut her up and get angry easily especially if the only thing that she done wrong is as petty as a dot on a paper.
Every individual has its own good or bad side the reason there’s this thing called ‘room for improvement’ for them to enhance or improve their attitude, behavior and self-development to the society.
