Yes, it was tragic that Ayame had died. Even though all Setsuko really knew about her was her helpfulness in trials, loss of life was always grim. However, she didn't feel too terribly sad - her line of work had left her with the ability to keep calm under pressure, to control her emotions. She was a professional, although she wasn't sure if she was worthy of that title at the moment. Nevertheless, she would prove herself. If not to anyone else, but to herself. She needed the affirmation that she could still do her job more than anything, and as she'd resolved after the previous trial, nothing would get in her way.

Determined, yet quietly and professionally, Setsuko Kita began to do what she did best.

Investigate.

He could hardly believe his eyes. Out of all people that could've died during this motive, it was Ayame. How could this be? She had seemed rather nice during the one time he spoke with her, and she was immensely helpful during trials. He felt a bit as though he jinxed them all when close to the beginning of the 'game', he mentioned something to Norio about the smart students getting killed because of how helpful they were at the trials. He took a deep breath and tried to keep calm. There seemed to be an awful lot of blood, which was certainly distressing. Chesh really hoped she didn't suffer when she died.

Chesh froze when he saw the corpse. "R-Really? Someone killed... Over something as dumb as this?" He muttered. He took a deep breath to try and calm down. Something like this was inevitable apparently, so he thought there should be no reason to get upset over it. Still, he felt bad that this had happened- that someone had died. Chesh tried to push away those thoughts and think about the investigation instead. He needed to figure out who had done this!

Oh, dear. Though she hadn't noticed the lighting change, Setsuko qickly gathered what was going one, especially after Corax's announcement. So another person was dead. That was... disappointing, to say the least, but this time she refused to stand by idly without investigating. And this time, she would attempt to be as independent as possible. So, though she remained at the scene of the crime, she initially spoke to no one.

Crying For Those Who Can't // Finch // Reaction {Open}

Finch kept his back to the others, shielding his face and trying to hide his free flowing tears. He used a great amount of effort choking down the sobs that were clawing their way up his throat, and refuses to release the screams that were waiting. He had an image to uphold.

How had he allowed this to happen? Not just the innocent and pure Haruhi, but Alexander as well. People put in the same situation as him that hadn't been nearly as lucky. 

This... is all my fault!

The thing that bothered him the most though, was the fact that a killer was among them, gaining the trust of the others and deceiving them all. Finch knew that he had to find whoever did this, and he was willing to bet his life and title as a Gentleman on it.

Ayame had heard commotion.

She stood up, leaving the confines of her room. Nothing could have caused the geneticist to expect finding the small creepypasta narrator dead. 

As she got to the reading room, a scream almost escaped her mouth, before she used her unbroken hand to cover it. 

"W...who could have done this....?"

She heard something about an investigation. Well, looks like it was up to them to find out. Nervously, after she thought about it for a moment, she spoke up again.

"U...uhm, this may be an odd thing to request, b-but could someone p-possibly investigate w-with me? My arm's g-gonna m-make t-things difficult. a-and I don't wish t-to cause us to not g-get to the bottom of Isaki-san's d....de...death..."

Setsuko / Body Discovery Reaction / Open

Another corpse. It looks like someone gave in. As Setsuko stands in the room, she can't deny that while she still firmly believes that murder is never the answer, she is relieved that the sleepless days and nights are over. She banishes the thought, though. A murder has just occurred, and now it's time for her to do what she does best - investigate.

Of course, she needs an assistant. She doesn't have any way of actually seeing the crime scene, and unless the ElectroID has a braille setting, which she doubts it does - that's useless to her as well. And since she's spoken to very few people, most of which likely aren't in a cooperative mental state, she can't exactly take her pick. So, she stands, takes a deep breath, and in a loud, clear, confident voice, speaks.

"...I'm going to require an assistant. Someone who can describe the crime scene, please."

And then she waits.
