Your oc’s corruption arc

I did use a screenshot for his base shapes for my art and then just- squiggled some shapes into him like he was a stain glass art project and I was 5. And then threw colors at him

No one tagged me for this but I couldn’t stop thinking about it after seeing it going around, I don’t think Zalan could be influenced by something less than taking over his mind:

I mulled over the idea of him failing the antaam mission from the de Riva backstory and being caught but he would keep fighting reeducation until they used enough to make him a mindless laborer (and that’s boring)

The idea I did decide on is a stretch but when Harding goes to confront the red titan instead of going alone Zalan jumps onto the rock and goes with her and sensing the lyrium in him (for this scenario I’m imaging it like the radioactivity in Spider-Man where he kills Mary Jane because every time they’re together he’s leeching some of his radioactivity into her but it’s lyrium and Harding is Spider-Man) and the titan Harding sees Zalan as an extension of her and reaches out and the moment she touches him the red lyrium encases him and his mind is no longer his own

He is part of the whole now being controlled by the lyrium Harding who wants vengeance and to make everyone feel the pain and being able to take over Zalan shows her potentially a new way to make everyone feel what she feels

(idk this idea is really half baked but the idea of Zalan getting taken over by the lyrium Harding stuck with me and lyrium Harding taunting real Harding with him was just angsty and fun)

The lyrium Harding looked over to Zalan, her eyes shifting to him. She could sense the lyrium in him, calling to her like her own song echoed back.

“There is some of her in you. It calls.”

Zalan who cannot help himself, “Yeah well there’s also plenty of me in her but you don’t see me pointing it out.”

So Ive been meaning to figure out what to do with my Minecraft skin for a long time, and this is what they ended up as! There is also some head-cannons on how Enderman are made!

Holo is a former dragon rider soldier who got separated from their dragon, Orion, in The End. They discover that the end is connected to many different worlds, and, depending on the portal they use, can travel to different worlds. Many of these worlds are strange and unfamiliar (modded) but they remain determined to reunite with Orion and return to their home world.

After years of wandering, and getting stuck in The End for longer and longer, they realize that The End is starting to grow on them, literally. Their skin begins turning pale and then grey, their hair is getting paler, their chest hurts, their elongating limbs are starting to turn dark with a feint glow at the edges and is creeping in smokey tendrils up their body. They blink less, they need less and less food to sustain themselves, and they are unable to sleep for very long. They are becoming a part of The End.
