One person wanted to hear my "what-ifs" for Kimidori and Midori, and that's good enough for me, so here ya go, some what-ifs of if Kimidori was in the Bakugaiden IV and V canon.
-Kimidori would be the younger brother.
-Midori and Kimidori would have polar opposite personalities to eachother. Midori is loud, stubborn, and brash, whereas Kimidori is quiet, more willing to listen, and thinks things through. Because of their opposite personalities, they often clash, and do not get along with eachother often, there are few things they agree on.
-Kimidori and Witchy would get probably get along better, and Witchy would often tell Kimidori some ridiculous stuff Midori had gotten into, as well as be interested in helping with her spells.
-Unlike his brother, Kimidori didn't join the military.
-Kimidori would be low-key jealous over how well-regarded his brother is.
-Kimidori's jealousy over his brother's fame would make him turn to the dark side briefly, where Midori has to save him (with Midori getting pretty beat up in the process), because even if they don't get along, they're still family. Once rescued, Kimidori regrets what he has done, and apologizes for his jealousy getting the better of him, Midori would forgive him, because hey, they're still family. (In IV (in an AU where Midori and Mizuiro were never removed from the plot and are still heroes), Kimidori would end up getting influenced by the Dark Biida and Midori would have to purify him by a healing shot. In V, Kimidori would get manipulated by the Devil Musketeers into building a mecha suit that they said would make him stronger, only for the trio to backstab him and use said mecha suit to trap him within it and hold him hostage.)
And that's all I can think of for them really.
