Rune Factory's not my thing but I'll answer the other two:

I actually RP both Makoto/Jupiter and Minako/Venus somewhere else, so probably one of those two. Probably leaning more towards Jupiter since I like her more.

As for South Park, I haven't actually seen much of the actual show, but admittedly the games look like good, stupid fun. Maybe I'll take a page out of your book and write my take on the New Kid.
