The chilly air bit at his face as he made his way towards Lupin Bar, his hands buried into his pockets as he walked down the steps and gently pressed the door open. It wasn’t incredibly often that he drank, but he could probably be called a regular with how familiar he was with the people inside it.
There was one face present that he certainly didn’t see often, and it was the bandaged one of the infamous youngest port mafia executive in existence, Dazai Osamu. It wasn’t often that they crossed paths and he’d only seen him a handful of times, but he felt comfortable enough to sit by him and order a drink.
It was where he usually sat, after all, so it only made sense to do that. If Dazai had noticed that, which he most likely did given how observant he was, then it would only give a bad impression if he sat elsewhere. And well, Odasaku was definitely curious about him.
Even though under normal circumstances two people of their standing would never interact, he dared to go against it and make the impossible possible. With a small smile he turned toward the other, noting just how exhausted he looked.
“You look pretty tired,” he commented idly, running his fingers along the counter. “It feels nice for me to sit down and finally have some time to relax even for me, so I can’t imagine how much better it must be for you…”
