Wow, that’s a lot of tech, and definitely not the usual kind for just cutting some wires. A lot of it’s stuff Carmen doesn’t recognize... what’s this guy up to?

“Hey, need some help with that?” She doesn’t mind lending a hand, especially if that venture gets her closer to some information. It’s not hard for her to make her way down, landing with grace a few feet away from him. “I’ve got some wire cutters that have been making short work of these things.”

Mission 1: finding out what side this guy’s on... and what the heck all these weird machines are.

“Jeeeeeeez....” Osomatsu whines to himself as he kicked down the street, though by his volume, it sounded like maybe he wanted someone to overhear. 

“How do people even make money without an allowance? If only there were a kind and generous stranger who wouldn’t mind giving me a couple hundred dust for my trouble...” Oh yeah, he definitely wanted someone to overhear. Prayed, even. Maybe it would be a kind and generous stranger? Who knows!
