I don’t draw fanart often but I was taking a break from commission work and decided to draw the Best Boy on a whim
And I’m very glad I did, he’s precious and I love him

I'm very proud of this sketch of our newest party member and I think I'm going to try drawing more often in a similar way b/c I'm a Big Fan of messy lines and don't do it often enough
My only issue with it is that this dude is supposed to be Very Ugly and I don't think I did him justice but I also cannot physically draw him uglier than this. I tried...it hurt
We leveled up so Tem got a scale update
I wasn't sure about the eye change but I'm glad I went for it!
I had two (2) NPCs planned out for my first session DM-ing and this guy wasn’t one of them. But! My players liked him, I like him, and I have an idea of how to stick him in the plot so we’re all good!
Basil “Eagle Eyes” Jadeview is an exceptionally short, dwarven merchant who sells hand-cast keys. His goal is to install a giant key in Hearthbridge, but he hasn’t gotten a permit for it yet. We met him when one of the players asked him for some information about the town. He later nat 20′d and won at another player’s con booth, despite the fact that he could barely see over the counter.
I drew this a month or two ago! It’s the best I’ve drawn armor ever and I’m very proud of it. Joan is one of my favorite historical figures and I feel like I did her justice
Makazar's token!! The Big Stronk
He is @james-rose 's boy
"Oh, I see y'all have made a new friend! Come on in and put your feet up, and we'll see if we can't get 'em anything to help 'em unwind after their trip!"
Meet Aelrue and Lorsan Meliamne! They're siblings, and their family has owned the Mourning Bough, the best (and only) tavern and inn in Willow Bend since the town founded. And by "their family has owned" they mean they have owned it. They're wood elves and they were two of the first people to settle in Willow Bend. They've seen many a traveler come through in their time and they're always ready to greet whoever walks through their door with a smile, a southern drawl, and quick reflexes.
They're NPCs I came up with for a campaign I'm running! I'm not sure why I fixated on these instead of, you know, the plot hook bearer but, uh, we'll figure that out before the game. I'm not sure how far we'll get, but I'm not too worried about it. I'll make a list of place and NPC names and it'll be fine b/c I'm decent at improvising the details. Even though most of the characters are already in town, they still have to gather and shenanigans are going to happen. The session is far shorter than I'm used to (2-3 hours instead of 7) so it'll be interesting to see how much we get done! I'm psyched y'all, I can't wait to see my players' characters in action
Man cannot live on bread alone
But then again, I am no man
