@coruscato -- plotted starter for eddie/georgie !!
Well, this wasn’t where Riley expected to end up. It had all began in the last village, when he’d spotted a familiar pair of figures in the tavern -- accompanied, of course, by a few disgruntled looking guards. Throughout his time spent traveling, he’d learned to despise guards such as these. Playing harmless pranks on them was quite amusing, but he’d been considering a prank that was more...creative than that for the two princes.
After all, how else was he expected to greet them than with some good-natured tomfoolery?
It was important that he’s not recognized. Of course, that was always Riley’s plan, but it was different when he was dealing with old friends. In his mind, the stakes were raised an alarming amount. Being recognized would, at the very least, lead to questions, and they wouldn’t be questions that he’d be keen on answering. Still...
Careful steps approached the party’s camp for the time being, which was only a few hours away from the next town, it seemed. In the early hours of the morning, Riley took extra precaution in rearranging the pebbles to create a shape resembling a fox around the group’s provisions. He grabbed an apple before slipping off to the brush.
