(assuming i understand all this correctly) as a bi person, i disagree with the idea that there's no point for the distinction that bi doesn't include all genders, while pan does. i only experience attraction to men and nonbinary ppl. if i were to id as pan, that would imply i also experience attraction to women, which i do not. they're different bc pan always means all, but bi doesn't. i'm just kinda curious what you might have to say about this.

so what’s the difference in the bi and pan material reality that makes the distinction meaningful
