Oliver huffed. He was flushed and his body hurt in ways he hadn’t known it could. “I can’t believe I let you convince me to do that,” he breathed. Yoga stressed him out. It was always one of those stress relieving techniques that he suggested for clients -- that and meditation -- but truth be told, he was awful at both. The idea of thinking about his breathing caused his panic hike to exorbitant levels. Before he knew it, he’d get lost in thinking about the breath -- something he never had to think about -- and rather than calming down, he’d find himself in the middle of a panic attack. “Let’s put this on the list of things we’ve tried once but will never try again.”
