Yesterday was abs and cardio day! I ended up doing 3 differnt Trisets including this one here! 15 weighted sit ups, 45 second side planks (on each side), and 10 hanging leg raises all done one after another with a 2 min break between for a total of 3 sets. This all comes from the "Modern Physique" workout from #bodybuilding.com .
